Continuing on my quest to try as many vendors at this season’s Madison Square Eats, I tried Seoul Lee Korean BBQ the other day for lunch. An east meets west fusion, Seoul Lee offers Korean style tacos and burritos as well as bibimbap, sandwiches, and Korean double fried chicken wings. I went with their bulgogi beef taco and veggie taco. The bulgogi beef taco was simply delicious. The meat was juicy and tender, marinated to perfection; and the blend of spices gave the taco just enough kick. The veggie taco was good, but in all honesty did not stand out in taste as well as the bulgogi did.
I’m not sure if there is a brick and mortar location for this vendor, so I would highly recommend heading to Madison Square Park before this pop-up food market ends on May 30th.
